First Place at DevCon3

Gallatin PR

After securing a strong second-place finish at the DevCon event in February, we at Gallatin were thrilled to reach even greater heights in June—this time as part of the winning teams at the DevCon Hackathon in California, hosted by Palantir.

Our senior software engineer, Josh, joined a talented cross-company team that earned third place, while our CTO, Daniel, collaborated with engineers from other organizations to help lead their team to a first-place victory.

These achievements were powered by our creative use of the Palantir Foundry platform, including the Defense Ontology SDK, to craft innovative, real-world solutions. What made this hackathon truly special was the dedication and camaraderie—our teams worked late into the night, blending expertise from diverse backgrounds to create forward-thinking results.

At Gallatin, we specialize in AI-assisted decision-making software for defense logistics, and this hackathon was the perfect arena to showcase how our passion for defense solutions can translate into broader technical achievements.

This double win is a testament to our team’s dedication and our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. We’re excited to bring the same energy and creativity to our ongoing work—thank you for being part of our journey!
